Tarot Spread For 2023: What Is On The Horizon For Next Year?

I am not the only one who says that 2022 has been a challenging year. There has been a lot of stagnation in addition to chaos and loss in 2022 for many people.

I lost a good friend who was also a great client unexpectedly in November, and yesterday we had to put our ailing 14-year-old dog down.

I have some significant plans for 2023, and I will finally land that job that was supposed to happen in the summer (another example of how 2022 was stagnant, and there is a long story with that).

First, however, I am doing a tarot spread to look at the year ahead, and this spread is from Tarot.com.

What Is In Store For 2023?

Here is the spread I pulled for 2023 by using my Penguin tarot deck:

So here is what I got for you:

Card one is on the far left in the horizontal position.

That represents the lessons from the previous year. So I got the Seven of Rocks (Pentacles) for that.

The second card is the one in the horizontal position on the far right, the Four of Fire (Wands), which is what to expect in the next year.

Card three is the card on the bottom left, which is the Devil, which is the card that represents obstacles.

Card four on the top right represents channeling your inner power, Nine of Rocks (Pentacles).

Card five is on the bottom right, meaning the advice you learned last year, and that is the Seven of Wind (Swords) reversed.

Card six is on the top left, representing the navigation for the year ahead, and that is the Eight of Fire (Wands).

Finally, card seven is in the center, with the theme representing 2023, Lovers.
